Mortgage Calculator Widget for OS X

Today I went looking for a mortgage calculator widget for my dashboard and I was really disappointed by the results. Consequently, I quickly whipped together a widget for my dashboard and figured I ought to share it in case someone else out there runs into the same frustration I did. This is a no-frills solution and is pretty straight forward. I'm hoping to request and suggestions, so feel free to drop me a line.
